NEXORAWEB / AI BUSINESS PLANNER
Give the planner your idea, location, audience, available budget and goals. Add any constraints or known competitors. A thoughtful brief helps the AI produce a more relevant first draft.
The service requests current public-web research, separates observations from assumptions and creates your plan. Competitor names and market claims still need your review.
Continue in AI Chat, edit the eight plan sections, duplicate a version or export a PDF. Your business context stays linked to the project instead of disappearing after one request.
A business idea often begins as a collection of questions: who would use it, why would they pay, what would it cost and how should it launch? NexoraWeb Business Planner organizes those questions into a working draft. It combines your brief with available public research and produces eight connected sections. The result is a starting point for validation and decisions, rather than a substitute for customer conversations or professional judgment. You stay responsible for checking the facts, choosing priorities and deciding whether an idea fits your resources.
Explain the problem you want to solve and describe the people who experience it. Include your city or target market, business model, practical budget and next goals. If you already have a website, a product prototype or a known competitor, describe what you know without sharing passwords or secret keys. Be specific about constraints: a solo founder with a small local budget needs a different roadmap from a funded team serving several countries. You can save an unfinished form as a browser draft and return to complete it before submitting.
The research stage uses the configured AI provider’s public web search capability. It looks for relevant current information and competitors, then organizes what it finds. Search access can be limited by the provider or by source availability. Where structured source metadata is returned, your plan includes source links. If the provider does not return those links, that limitation is shown. A business mentioned in a search result is not automatically a direct competitor. Check its location, offer, audience and current operating status before relying on the comparison.
A useful target audience is more specific than “everyone.” Think about the customer’s problem, location, buying situation and alternatives. The planner helps describe customer segments and practical ways to test demand, but it cannot know private customer data unless you provide appropriate context. Ask follow-up questions about who should be interviewed, what a landing page should explain or which assumptions deserve testing first. Use those suggestions to gather your own evidence rather than treating an AI-generated persona as a verified demographic study.
Competitor analysis should help you understand alternatives, not encourage unsupported claims. Look at what each business offers, how it presents value and which customer needs may remain underserved. The planner should distinguish source-supported observations from possible positioning ideas. Do not copy protected branding, product images or paid research. A suggested differentiator is something to validate through real customer feedback, pricing checks and operational testing. Public research cannot provide a competitor’s confidential sales, costs, conversion rates or internal strategy.
Marketing starts with what you can actually deliver and why someone should care. The strategy section connects your audience, offer, channel choices and next actions. It may suggest a simple launch message, useful content themes or small experiments to compare responses. No social account connection or automatic publishing is included. You review the proposed copy and publish manually through your normal workflow. A suggested channel or campaign is not a promise of reach, revenue or a particular return on advertising spend.
AI can help organize costs, pricing approaches and potential revenue streams, but it does not verify supplier quotes or forecast your business’s financial results. The plan labels illustrative figures and assumptions so you can replace them with real numbers. Use a consistent currency and distinguish one-time setup costs from recurring expenses. Consider delivery, payment fees, customer support, tax obligations and the time you can realistically commit. Before spending or investing, verify the inputs and obtain suitable professional advice for your circumstances.
Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are most useful when they connect to your actual situation. A small team might have flexibility but limited capacity; a local service may understand its neighborhood while facing established competitors. Ask the AI which points are observed facts and which are hypotheses. Turn the most important uncertainties into tests, such as a customer interview, an offer comparison or a small operational pilot. SWOT is a planning framework, not proof that the business will succeed.
The roadmap separates work into days 1–30, 31–60 and 61–90. Early work should clarify the customer problem and test demand; later milestones should depend on what those tests show. Review the proposed sequence against your available time, skills and budget. Replace vague goals with outcomes you can check. A ready-to-copy execution prompt is provided in a canvas so you can continue working with ChatGPT or Claude, but no third-party subscription or integration is automatically created.
Relevant image inspiration may come from public Wikimedia Commons results with source, author and license information. Read the original source and its license before reusing an image. When image lookup is unavailable, the workspace provides clearly labeled stock-search links instead of inventing image results. Your plan, research and roadmap remain in My Projects. Edit sections, duplicate a draft for another scenario or download the complete PDF. Copying, editing, duplicating and exporting saved work do not consume additional AI credits.
Business Planner shares the same daily allowance as AI Web Builder and AI Consultant. A new AI request reserves one site credit; internal model stages do not create separate user wallets. Failed requests follow the existing refund rules. Your dashboard shows the remaining credits and recharge time. The service aims for quick responses, but complex research, provider rate limits and outages can take longer than 20–50 seconds. Progress reflects actual backend stages, and completed stages remain saved for retry instead of pretending that the work finished.
AI output can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Use Business Planner to organize thinking and produce drafts you can challenge. Do not submit confidential customer records or unnecessary personal information. Review claims before publication, test important assumptions and keep backups of business material you depend on.
