Accounts and responsible use

Use accurate registration information, protect your login details and verify your email when required. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the material you submit.

Do not use NexoraWeb to impersonate others, send spam, distribute malicious content, bypass account allowances or access another person’s data. Do not submit private information, copyrighted material or confidential records unless you are entitled to use them for the requested task.

Accounts may be restricted or suspended to investigate abuse, enforce service limits or protect users and the platform. Contact support about disputed account actions or suspected unauthorized access.

AI tools and generated content

AI Web Builder supports website generation from your instructions. AI Consultant provides conversational assistance. Generated content and code can contain errors, incomplete features, insecure patterns or unsuitable recommendations.

Review facts, links, permissions, accessibility and code behaviour before using or publishing an output. A browser preview does not confirm that forms, payments, email delivery or external integrations are operational.

AI assistance supports your work and learning. It does not replace professional judgment, independent testing or qualified legal, medical or financial advice. Do not assume generated output is unique or free from third-party rights.

What Business Planner provides

Business Planner uses your business idea, market, audience, goals and notes to prepare a structured plan. Configured model roles support research, organisation and drafting. Sections may include the business overview, market research, target audience, competitors, marketing strategy, budget assumptions, SWOT analysis and a 90-day roadmap.

Available project controls support editing, duplication, saved work and PDF export. AI Chat supports follow-up questions and saving relevant responses to a project. Review the resulting information and correct incomplete facts before acting.

Budget figures and revenue scenarios are assumptions, not guaranteed forecasts or investment advice. Competitor findings depend on available sources and require verification. Time savings should not be treated as measured results without an appropriate baseline.

Research, images and external actions

Public research may be incomplete, outdated or temporarily unavailable. Review source links and dates. Public availability does not establish permission to copy content or reuse an image commercially.

Image lookups and source links may open Wikimedia Commons or other external services. Check the individual asset’s licence and attribution requirements. External services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

The current Business Planner does not connect social accounts, import private analytics, automate DMs, publish posts or schedule automatic publication. Dates in a roadmap or content plan are planning records. Review and publish content manually through your chosen platforms.

Historic connection records may remain encrypted from earlier releases. Revoke previous authorization through the provider’s settings or contact support about removal.

Shared credits and service limits

AI Web Builder, AI Consultant and Business Planner use the same daily website credit allowance. The standard allowance is 10 credits per day, subject to the account settings and limits displayed in the application.

Using the balance in one AI tool reduces what remains for the others. When the allowance is exhausted, further credit-consuming requests are restricted until the displayed reset or an authorized allowance adjustment.

Website credits are separate from provider tokens, provider billing and API quotas. Having website credits available does not guarantee that an external provider has capacity or remaining quota.

Failed tasks may refund reserved website credits under the implemented daily credit rules. Resuming a refunded task may reserve a credit again. Contact support if the balance does not match the recorded task outcome.

Retries, availability and saved tasks

Requests depend on service capacity, network availability, provider limits and the hosting environment. Temporary failures may be retried with bounded delays. Exhausted provider quota may pause a task or require attention.

Saved context can support resumption, but it does not guarantee that every interrupted task will finish or that temporary backend storage will remain available. Completion times and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed.

Keep independent copies of important completed work. Report a task that remains unresolved rather than repeatedly submitting the same request and consuming additional allowances.

Source code, themes and developer resources

Read the individual listing before downloading or purchasing a resource. Included files, technology, installation requirements, usage rights and any stated support are determined by that listing and its applicable licence.

A theme or source code package does not automatically include hosting, a domain, third-party subscriptions, payment processing or a completed business backend. Confirm the stated inclusions before proceeding.

Review code and dependencies before running them with production data. Respect the licences of bundled images, fonts, libraries and other assets. Do not claim rights that the relevant licence does not grant.

For payment, delivery or refund questions, include the listing and order reference when contacting support. Applicable purchase terms and legal rights remain relevant.

Saved work and account deletion

You may use the available project controls to manage saved work or request account deletion through the dashboard. Deletion requests can be handled sooner by an administrator or processed after seven days through the scheduled account-deletion workflow.

Backup retention, external provider copies and cleanup requests can have different processing times. Automatic processing depends on the relevant services running. Review the Privacy Policy and contact support if a request remains unresolved.

Reviews and public submissions

Reviews should reflect a real experience. Submissions can appear without prior administrator approval, while administrators retain moderation controls to edit, disable or delete inappropriate content.

Do not publish spam, deceptive claims, abusive material or sensitive personal information. A review represents an individual experience rather than a guaranteed result for every user. Report moderation concerns through support.

Service changes and realistic expectations

Supported features may change when provider APIs, security requirements or operating needs change. Read current feature descriptions together with limitations shown in the relevant tool.

NexoraWeb does not guarantee follower growth, engagement, first-page rankings, AdSense approval, investment, commercial success or error-free AI output. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
