Understand your information. Stay in control.

NexoraWeb is operated by Waiz Jamal Ashraf from Karachi, Pakistan, under Waiz Web & AI Solutions. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our website, AI tools and Business Planner.
It covers account details, submitted content, saved work, research, service activity and deletion requests. For questions, use our contact form or email waizjamal7@gmail.com.
Account and workspace information
Registration uses your name, email address and a securely hashed password. Account records include settings, email-verification status and information needed to manage your access to the service.
We store saved outputs, business project information, conversation messages, edits and task status so you can return to your work. Usage records support the shared daily AI credit allowance across AI Web Builder, AI Consultant and Business Planner.
Site activity and security events may be recorded for account protection, support, usage reporting and administration. Authorized administrators can review relevant records to operate the service and investigate reported problems or abuse.
AI requests and generated results
To produce a requested result, we send your prompt and relevant context to the configured AI provider. Depending on the task, this can include conversation history, business preferences, submitted briefs, selected saved work and public research excerpts.
Business Planner uses configured Groq model roles for planning, faster responses and structured processing. Provider processing is subject to the provider’s own terms and data practices. Do not assume that information sent to an AI service remains only on your device.
Avoid submitting passwords, private API keys, financial credentials, confidential client material or unnecessary personal information. Generated responses can be saved in your account and may contain mistakes that require review. Integration access tokens are not included as model context in the supported Business Planner workflow.
Text attachments and voice input
Where text attachments are supported, extracted requirements are added to the visible prompt for review before sending. Submitted text is then handled as conversation content. Check what has been included before you submit the request.
Browser speech recognition, where available, starts when you choose the microphone feature and grant the required permission. Your browser or its speech service may process audio under its own terms. This feature submits the transcript you choose to send rather than a NexoraWeb recording of your voice.
Browser drafts may be stored on your device to help retain unfinished input. On a shared device, remove drafts and sign out when you finish.
Public research and business context
Your submitted business brief and relevant saved context may be used for public web research and planning. Research sources, observations, limitations and generated findings may be saved with the associated project.
Public research is not private account analytics or proof of account ownership. Accessible information may be incomplete or outdated. Do not submit secret URLs, private customer records or credentials as research material.
Relevant image lookups may use Wikimedia Commons or link to external search and source pages. Opening those links takes you to third-party services with their own privacy practices. Check an image’s source and licence before reuse.
Social accounts and legacy records
The current Business Planner does not connect social accounts, collect social passwords or browser session cookies, import private analytics, process DMs, or publish and schedule social posts.
Encrypted connection records from earlier releases may remain until removed. Their presence does not mean an integration is currently active. You can revoke previous authorization through the provider’s own account settings and contact support about remaining NexoraWeb records.
Cookies, email and external services
Session and security cookies support login, CSRF protection and account preferences. Email is used for verification, password reset, support and final task notifications where the relevant delivery workflow is enabled.
Temporary task retries are not intended to create a new outcome email for every attempt. Delivery can fail or be delayed, and an uncertain delivery may require operator investigation.
Third-party fonts, embedded media and advertising, where used, may involve requests to external services. Following a YouTube, portfolio or marketplace source link also opens a service operated separately from NexoraWeb. Its own terms and privacy policy apply there.
Public reviews, published blog material and other content intentionally made public can be viewed by visitors. Avoid including private information in a review or public submission.
Retention and deletion
Saved projects, conversations and results are retained to provide your workspace, subject to deletion workflows, service changes and storage availability. A saved task status does not guarantee indefinite preservation of every temporary provider or backend copy.
Deleting a project removes its associated local project and chat records and requests cleanup of related Python service task copies. Cleanup can be delayed when an internal service is unavailable.
Account deletion requests can be approved sooner by an administrator or processed automatically after seven days through the account-deletion workflow. Automatic processing depends on the scheduled service running successfully. Contact support if a request remains unresolved.
Backups, transaction records and minimum security evidence may have different retention requirements. We do not claim that deleting an account immediately erases every backup or information already processed by a separate provider.
Your choices and account controls
Use your account dashboard to review saved work, update profile information, change your password and request account deletion. Available project controls let you manage the relevant saved plans and conversations.
Only submit material you are entitled to use. Do not upload another person’s private messages or account information without appropriate permission. Contact support about inaccurate records, unexpected activity or a deletion request that needs attention.
Security and policy updates
Access controls, password hashing, ownership checks, signed internal requests and task isolation help reduce risk. Legacy integration credentials use encryption. These protections do not make any online service completely secure.
This policy may change when supported features, providers or operating practices change. The revision date identifies the current page version. Review this policy alongside our Terms of Service and Editorial Guidelines.
